Since turning pro in 1998, Roger the great has broken almost all the records he met and created many that will take centuries to match. Not only is he a champion's champion, he is also one of the most humble and lovable human beings Sport has produced. Modesty is one enviable attribute that the Swiss master has in abundance. Despite his 75 titles, Federer is still as down to earth as ever.

He has answered his critics finally by reclaiming the World number one spot, when he stretched his own Slam wins to 17 in July, beating home favourite, Andy Murray in 4 sets at the All England Club. The climb to WORLD NUMBER ONE was even more glamorous because of the manner he demolished then World number one, Novak Djokovic in the Wimbledon semis.
